WHAT ARE FOOTROEN'S SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Please note that our delivery period is 3 -5 working days, but could take up to 7 working days during the festive.

We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and/or Sunday deliveries may be available for some orders.

We use Postnet as our main shipping courier ,we use Paxi if there is no postnet in your area to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible.

If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries.

We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.

Footroen Custom orders arrive in two to six weeks—standard and expedited shipping times do not apply

We unfortunately have a strict no refund policy for any order.

For the benefit of those clients who wanted a refund we do offer exchanges.

We also give store credit as an alternative for your next purchase.
